The manner and purpose of the collection of personal information

Vertical Payment Solutions has various ways in which we collect information, including:

• Campus cards are issued with photos for student and teacher verification at the point of purchase
• Account data is stored in a secure database, not on the card. This means that even if a card is lost or stolen the funds are still secure
• Access to Campus is password protected, only registered members can log-in and use the service
• Online payments are all processed by secure and certified payment gateways
• Campus participates in ongoing penetration and hacking testing and analysis

Personal Security

• Attendance can be recorded when an ID card is scanned with the Hand-POS
• CAMPUS can automatically send SMS & Email alerts to parents if their children have fail to arrive for class by a set time
• Campus Cards are personalised with a Photo ID to reduce the chance of an unauthorized use of a lost card. Simply match the card photo with the customer face.
• Lost cards can be blacklisted to prevent unauthorised use. No money is stored on the card. A lost card does not mean lost money.
• The CAMPUS ID card reduces threat of harassment for money
• The risk of student theft in the classroom is significantly reduced
