Information for School Administrators

Campus is easy to use, easy to implement and secure. Our solutions are available as modules, so schools have the choice to implement only the solutions they specifically require.Campus modules fall into two categories: online solutions and on-site solutions. Online solutions are secure web based applications that provide parents with an easy way to communicate to the school and make online payments for school related items and activities. On-site solutions manage financial transactions and attendance on school grounds.The Campus Back Office module is required to run all Campus solutions and is bundled together with any of the online or on-site modules implemented. Campus Back Office not required for Campus Express, Event Manager and Campus Payments.Campus can integrate with all leading school database administration software programmes to synchronise data on a regular basis and keep the Campus database up-to-date.

Setting-up Campus

Campus is very easy to set up. On-site installation, database set-up, synchronisation set-up, Campus Card artwork, Campus Card printing and system testing are managed by Campus. Your school only needs to:

1. Identify which Campus modules you will implement
2. Decide whether your school will host the data on-site or whether your school would prefer Campus to host the data on your behalf
3. Nominate an administrator who will be responsible for Campus; and
4. If you are implementing any on-site modules, you will need to advise Campus where each piece of hardware will be located and where necessary power and network access is available.
