Payment Kiosk

Account holders can:

• Add cash value to their account by adding cash into the Campus Kiosk inbuilt cash acceptor
• Check smart card sales history by viewing or printing mini statements
• Check their smart card balance
• Purchase school products by cash or smart card
• To cater for the many visitors a school may host each day, Campus Payment Kiosk can issue bar-coded visitor vouchers from its printer that can be purchased with cash at the kiosk then scanned at the Point of Sale for payment.

With school kiosks vendors may add their products to the kiosk terminal menu where students can purchase them with cash or their smartcard. In a multi-vendor food hall environment, Campus Kiosk solution is a great way to take the cash collection away from vendors and for the payment kiosk to collect the cash or debit the student card and issue a food voucher. Campus Kiosk can also issue tickets and bar-coded vouchers. This can be extremely useful in collecting payment and issuing vouchers for school plays and trivia nights, school balls, end of year events or any other school event where you want an unattended cash collection and ticket issuing facility! Parent Associations, fund raising organisers, school councils or approved school charities can now have their products available for sale on the kiosk to eliminate manual cash collections at your campus.
